Stew Leonard’s is hiring college graduates for its 12–18 month Management Development program in the Norwalk Seafood Department. This paid, full-time hourly program starts at $25.50 per hour and combines hands-on departmental experience with structured modules, classroom training, coaching, and mentoring to prepare participants for future management roles.
