Apt Resources is recruiting an experienced Fish Monger for a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role involves receiving and assessing seafood deliveries, preparing fish through cleaning, scaling, gutting, filleting, skinning, deboning, and portioning, and maintaining proper storage, sanitation, HACCP compliance, inventory control, and food safety. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end seafood setting, strong knife and seafood preparation skills, and must currently be in the United Arab Emirates.
