Apt Resources is recruiting an experienced Fish Monger for a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role involves receiving and inspecting seafood, cleaning and preparing fish, maintaining storage and hygiene standards, supporting chefs, controlling waste and inventory, and assisting kitchen operations. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end seafood setting, strong knife and seafood preparation skills, HACCP and food safety knowledge, and must currently be in the United Arab Emirates.
