The role involves receiving, inspecting, cleaning, filleting, portioning, storing, and preparing fresh seafood while following FIFO, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, inventory, and waste-control procedures. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end seafood setting, strong knife and seafood-handling skills, teamwork and communication abilities, and must currently be located in the United Arab Emirates.
