Description
The Fishing Supervisor oversees wellbore fishing operations during new well construction, work-over, or completion phases. The role directs rig crews, conducts safety meetings, plans work activities with customers, manages fishing equipment, coordinates with Graco managers and customer representatives, and reports on costs and equipment use. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of oilfield, rig, or fishing-tool-shop experience, prior driller or fishing-and-milling experience, supervisory ability, rig-operation knowledge, strong safety knowledge, and a safe driving record.
