Arc’teryx is hiring a Fit Coordinator to support its Fit and Pattern Block program by collaborating with Design, Development, Merchandising, Compliance, and Brand Marketing teams; maintaining and developing block and sample libraries; supporting fit specialists through the development season; ensuring fit consistency and sizing accuracy; and creating fit documentation. The role requires at least two years of production patternmaking, grading, and fitting experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent training, knowledge of sizing and garment construction, CAD patternmaking skills, Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator proficiency, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Compensation is CAD$71,000–CAD$93,000, with extended health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
