RateHawk is hiring an experienced FIT Reservation Manager to handle end-to-end bookings for hotels, transportation, accommodation, and custom excursions for individual travelers and groups. The role involves partner engagement, commercial proposal creation, global sourcing and booking, supplier negotiations, and full operational support for booking modifications, cancellations, relocations, and special requests. Candidates should have tourism, concierge, TMC, DMC, or tour-operator experience, B2+ English and Russian proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex workloads. The position is remote and offers base salary plus bonus, training, and travel discounts.
