Wiltshire Council is hiring a casual Fitness Consultant to guide customers through safe equipment use, create customised fitness programmes, and coach individuals toward their health and wellbeing goals. The role requires a qualified fitness instructor with strong communication, empathy, and broad fitness-industry knowledge. It is an as-needed, no-fixed-hours position with an interview scheduled for the week commencing 12 October 2026, paying £13.92–£14.36 per hour plus 10% unsocial-hours allowance for qualifying shifts.
