BEAT81 is hiring a Fitness Manager for its first Stuttgart studio, which will open in late 2026. The role is hybrid and combines launch support for the local freelance coach network, coordination of onboarding and community initiatives, overall responsibility for the studio experience, oversight of equipment and inventory, and support for local growth. The position requires structured group fitness coaching experience, leadership or coaching-mentoring experience, strong organization and communication skills, fluent German and at least B1/B2 English, and comfort with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
