EōS Fitness is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead a personal training team, drive sales and membership growth, oversee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and staff supervision, and ensure excellent customer service, safety compliance, and facility upkeep in a gym environment. The role requires management and sales experience, valid personal training certification, CPR certification within 30 days, and strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills. Compensation includes a $60,000 salary plus commission/bonus opportunities and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and employee perks.
