EōS Fitness is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead a personal training team, drive membership and personal training sales, coach and supervise staff, and ensure a high-quality member experience in the club. The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, payroll oversight, compliance with certifications and safety protocols, and hands-on floor leadership in a gym environment. Compensation includes a $60,000 base salary with commission and bonus opportunities, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
