EōS Fitness is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead personal training sales and operations within a club environment. The role focuses on driving sales targets, managing and developing the personal training team, supporting member onboarding and customer service, ensuring compliance with certifications and safety protocols, and maintaining facility standards. The position requires management experience, customer service experience, sales experience, a valid PT certification, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Compensation includes a $60,000 base salary with commission and bonus opportunities, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and education support.
