EōS Fitness is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead a personal training team, drive sales and membership growth, manage and schedule staff, ensure certifications and safety compliance, and deliver strong customer service in the club. The role requires management experience, customer service and sales experience, valid personal training certification, CPR certification within 30 days, and the ability to work in a gym environment. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 plus commission/bonus opportunities, with health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and other benefits for eligible employees.
