Description
The Fitter prepares metalworkpieces and components for welding, performs welding, inspects seams and connections for quality and dimensional accuracy, coordinates with production areas, and supports grinding, cleaning, and further post-processing. The role is based in Lübtheen, follows a three-shift system, and is intended for reliable starters with technical interest, manual dexterity, quality awareness, and safe tool handling; an apprenticeship or initial welding experience is advantageous. The position offers an hourly wage of €16.69, vacation and Christmas bonuses, corporate benefits, and structured onboarding.
