The employer is hiring a Fitter (m/w/d) in Essenbach for full-time shift work of 35–40 hours per week, starting 18.05.2026. The role involves manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and plant components, MAG welding, technical-drawing interpretation, metal cutting and machining, equipment maintenance, and quality control. Completed training in fitting, metalworking, or a comparable qualification is advantageous, as is welding experience and valid welding certificates; technical-drawing handling, practical skills, reliability, teamwork, and physical resilience are also required.
