The Fitter/Metalworker manufactures individual parts and small batches according to drawings, ensures component quality, performs documented self-inspections, contributes to process optimization, delivers components to downstream departments, and maintains workplace organization. The role requires fitter/mechanic training, several years of professional experience, conscientiousness, and an independent working style.
