The role involves fitting, polishing, sanding, inspecting, adjusting, and assembling high-precision parts and molds, using manual and power tools while following safety and quality standards. Candidates should have training or initial experience in mechanics, fitting, carpentry, maintenance, or a dexterity-based trade, along with basic mechanical knowledge; plastic injection-mold experience is an asset.
