Description
The Creative Architect develops client-focused 3D concepts and rendered images, prepares construction and cabinetry cost estimates, specifies finishes and appliances, supports clients during project development, prepares contract files, and collaborates with the Sales Architect and internal team. The role requires a degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, along with experience in 3D project development, cabinetry detailing, finishes, DWG floor plans, cost estimating, and rendering tools.
