Description
Bloom Engineering, a Wabtec Company, is hiring a Fitter Welder to fit, fabricate, assemble, and weld burners, valves, piping components, and other fabricated structures. The role requires reading engineering drawings, using measuring and fabrication tools, performing TIG, stick, and MIG welding, pressure testing, inspecting welds, and following safety and quality procedures. A high school diploma or GED, AWS or similar certification, and at least five years of relevant experience are required. The union position pays $38.11 per hour and follows a Monday-Friday first-shift schedule with occasional daily or weekend overtime.
