BS Güthermann is hiring a Fitter / Welder in Dörverden for an established mechanical engineering company. The role involves independently fitting up and tack-welding welded assemblies, performing MIG/MAG or TIG welding on steel and metal structures, inspecting components for dimensional accuracy, and cooperating with production and quality assurance. Candidates need completed training as a welder, construction mechanic, metalworker, or comparable qualification, plus experience fitting up and welding metal structures, technical-drawing reading, and a reliable working style. The position offers regular Monday–Thursday 6:00–15:00 and Friday 6:00–13:00 hours, unlimited employment contract terms, free branded workwear, and a monthly attendance bonus.
