Description
The Fixed Based Operator Manager plans, organizes, directs, and manages all functions of HighNote Aviation, including customer service, fueling, ramp and ground operations, facilities, equipment, personnel, safety, security, regulatory compliance, and business development. The role supervises FBO employees, oversees budgets and financial performance, develops customer and aviation-industry relationships, coordinates with airport and county stakeholders, and maintains operational and regulatory records. Applicants need a college degree in aviation, airport management, business administration, or a related field, or seven years of management experience at a high-volume FBO, plus five years of FBO management experience at a Part 139 FAA-certified airport; experience with ground handling of Group III and higher aircraft is required. The position may require occasional travel and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
