INVISTA is hiring a Fixed Equipment Mechanical Engineer in Victoria, Texas, to lead mechanical integrity and fixed equipment reliability programs. The role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, reliability, project, and turnaround teams to improve asset reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. Responsibilities include engineering evaluations, risk-based assessments, root cause analyses, capital projects, process hazard analyses, turnarounds, and sustainable equipment improvements. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and at least three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, chemical, refining, or industrial environment are required; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
