Lazard’s Fixed Income Technology team is hiring a Business Analyst to partner with global fixed-income investment teams and support the integration of investment processes with Bloomberg PORT Enterprise for performance, attribution, and risk reporting. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating business processes, defining best practices, working with vendors and technology stakeholders, and delivering quality software solutions in an agile environment. Candidates need at least five years of IT business analysis experience, fixed-income and financial-services experience, Bloomberg PORT/AIM knowledge, SQL, JIRA/Confluence, Excel VBA, and risk and attribution reporting knowledge. The base salary is approximately $170,000–$200,000 USD, with benefits and possible incentive compensation.
