Description
Morgan Stanley is hiring a Statistician or Control Theorist to develop mathematical models and trading policies for hedging, bond inventory optimization, market making, derivative pricing, and risk management. The role involves stochastic control, statistical analysis, simulations, and programming, with a Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field, strong mathematical maturity, advanced data analysis, and programming ability. Base pay is $150,000–$200,000 per year for an Associate and $225,000–$250,000 for a Vice President at commencement of employment, with additional compensation possible.
