Description
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role offering additional legal capacity focused on commercial contracting, intellectual property protection, and corporate legal matters. The successful candidate will support the foundation's strategic goals, collaborate on growing partnerships, and contribute to achieving the Legal Team's annual strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include providing sound legal advice, maintaining and protecting intellectual property rights, negotiating various agreements, and assisting with compliance and governance.
