La Mutuelle Nationale du Bien Vieillir is hiring a full-time Care Assistant to perform nursing assistant duties on a fixed-term contract at its EHPAD “MBV La Tour de Vigenna” near Senillé. The role involves ensuring the safety, hygiene, comfort, hydration, and environment of older adults under nursing-assistant supervision. Candidates should ideally hold a BEP in Health and Social Care or a Bac Pro ASSP / SAPAT, have at least 1,607 hours of health or medico-social experience for a VAE process, or have an admissible Livret 1 VAE application. The schedule includes 7- or 12-hour shifts and work every other weekend, with additional pay for VAE-related nursing duties and variable compensation for Sundays, public holidays, and nights.
