Hermès is hiring a Data Reference Project Manager to manage reference data for the Hermès.com e-commerce catalog. The role maintains and improves PIM and MDM data, supports data migrations and integrations, monitors feeds and tools, manages data requests, and establishes governance for a document database and Haiku LLM used by customer relations centers. The position also supports an apprentice on the LLM workstream and requires at least five years of data management experience, knowledge of e-commerce tools, Excel proficiency, data modeling skills, leadership, communication, and English proficiency.
