Hermès is hiring a Data Reference Project Manager to manage reference data for the Hermès.com e-commerce catalog. The role maintains and improves the digital PIM repository, performs data migrations and integrations, supports catalog enrichment, tracks data requests, and serves as the operational MDM reference for digital teams. It also involves establishing governance for a Haiku document database for CRCs, monitoring its quality, and supporting an apprentice on the LLM component. The position requires at least five years of data management experience, knowledge of PIM and MDM, Excel proficiency, data modeling and data-flow understanding, strong organizational and leadership skills, and written and spoken English.
