Hermès is hiring a Data Reference Project Manager to manage and improve reference data for its Hermès.com e-commerce catalog. The role maintains PIM and MDM data quality, performs data migrations and integrations, supports catalog enrichment, tracks data requests, and serves as the operational reference for digital teams. It also involves building and governing a documentation database for the Haiku LLM, monitoring its quality, and supporting an apprentice. The position requires at least five years of data management experience, knowledge of e-commerce tools such as PIM and MDM, Excel proficiency, data modeling and data-flow understanding, strong organizational and leadership skills, and written and spoken English.
