Hermès is seeking a Group Procurement Coordination Manager to lead its direct buyer network and support the strategic and operational procurement needs of its 16 métiers. The role involves designing procurement tools and methods, managing buyer onboarding and training, participating in cross-functional procurement projects, facilitating procurement committees and networks, and supporting category roadmaps, risk maps, supplier coordination, and operational procurement activities. The candidate must have a Bac+5 qualification in Procurement, at least 10 years of procurement and project management experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
