Description
The Quality Manager supports Hermès’ leather-goods workshops and logistics center by managing quality assurance from product development through after-sales, including audits, risk analysis, prototype approval, quality-crisis management, customer-feedback coordination, and continuous-improvement projects. The role requires an engineer with at least six years of quality-management experience, knowledge of tools such as 8D and FMEA, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and communication skills.
