EVERSTAR is hiring a UAV Developer for its R&D team to develop and manufacture UAV equipment and electronic solutions for real-world battlefield use. The role covers UAV architecture, component integration, product lifecycle work, engineering calculations and testing, technical documentation, and collaboration with mechanical, electronics, programming, testing, and manufacturing specialists. Candidates need at least two years of fixed-wing UAV development experience, knowledge of BetaFlight or ArduPilot, AM32, and BlueJay platforms, flight-test and interface integration experience, and English proficiency. The position is based in the office in Kyiv, with up to 10 remote-work days per year, medical insurance after probation, and other development and support benefits.
