Description
Calbarrie Compliance Services is hiring a permanent Fixed Wire Test Engineer to inspect and test commercial fixed-wire installations and distribution boards, complete minor remedial work, produce NICEIC reports, and use bespoke testing software. The role is based from home in North Yorkshire, Sheffield, Bristol, or Northampton and surrounding areas, with commercial-site work, regional organisation, and occasional out-of-hours or weekend work. It requires an electrical qualification such as C&G 2391 or AM2/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition knowledge, and proven commercial-site testing experience. The contract is 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities, and the basic salary is £36,000–£39,000 depending on location, with OTE of £45,000–£58,000.
