Description
Lam is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing production by planning, developing, and maintaining manufacturing methods, processes, and operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inventory, documentation, and continuous improvement of jigs, fixtures, and related tooling for test areas, while coordinating with production, logistics, and engineering teams and training fixture technicians. The position requires hands-on electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting, CMMS and TPM experience, and the ability to read engineering drawings and schematics; semiconductor equipment knowledge and statistical analysis are preferred. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
