Description
The employer is hiring Customer Service Specialists to answer calls from Florida high school and college students about Florida scholarships and grants. The role is in person, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 40 hours per week, and pays $15.00 per hour with a vendor rate of $19.50 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong job tenure, computer comfort, the ability to remain calm with stressed or upset customers, and must pass a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
