Essel is hiring a Flagger to maintain safety at construction sites by directing traffic and pedestrians, monitoring work areas, communicating with workers and the public, coordinating with supervisors, and using signaling equipment. The role requires physical fitness, reliable flexible-hour availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to wear personal protective equipment; traffic-control experience and certification are preferred but not mandatory, and training may be provided.
