Description
Frank & Eileen is hiring a General Manager for its Madison Avenue flagship store in New York City. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for driving store traffic, conversion, average order value, and clienteling-attributed sales; managing inventory, omnichannel operations, returns, and facility relationships; developing seasonal staffing and retail standards; and building a high-performing team. The position requires 8–10+ years of retail management experience, strong New York market relationships, Shopify POS proficiency, and a bachelor's degree preferred. The base salary range is $165,000-$180,000.
