Description
The Flagship Store Manager will lead day-to-day operations at the SKILL flagship store in Saalach Hinterglemm, including team leadership, task allocation, process organization, customer service, sales, rentals, bookings, onboarding, training, and quality standards. The role requires sales and customer-service ability, ski-school and ski-rental experience, familiarity with Waldhart or Sports Rental software, and fluent German and English. It is a year-round full-time position with a five-day workweek, above-agreement pay, 13th and 14th salary, staff rooms, and other benefits.
