The Flash and Resistance Weld Operator works in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania, operating U-3, U-2, semi-automatic, and automatic flash and resistance weld machines. The role is responsible for weld and trim quality, assembly of welded chains and chain slings, basic troubleshooting, tooling adjustments, and understanding welding process variables. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 60-day probation period and pay starting at $25.00 and $26.17 after successful completion.
