Everpure is hiring a FlashBlade Engineering Leader to architect, design, and deliver high-performance distributed file and object storage systems for AI, log analytics, and cluster computing workloads. The role owns end-to-end technological roadmaps, resolves complex Linux and high-concurrency reliability issues, collaborates with product, validation, and support teams, and mentors engineering peers. It requires deep Linux system programming and expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java, along with distributed systems, concurrency, and production architecture skills. The position is primarily in-office in Bangalore.
