The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations of a maintenance shop, supervises technicians, coordinates repairs and maintenance work, assigns tasks, monitors quality, reviews work orders, performs mechanical duties as needed, manages inventory, coaches and evaluates employees, and ensures compliance with safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant work experience, and a valid driver's license upon hire; bilingual ability is preferred.
