The Fleet Account Representative serves as the primary contact for assigned Kenworth fleet customers, coordinating truck specifications, pre-bills, change orders, new-truck paperwork, deliveries, trade receipts, service, parts, warranty, and equipment flow. The role requires broad knowledge of the company’s services and products, strong communication and organizational skills, and a CDL.
