Description
Hillsboro Aviation is seeking a Fleet Aircraft Mechanic to maintain helicopters on their fleet, reporting to the Director of Maintenance. Responsibilities include inspection and repair of helicopters and components, USFS/DOI contract coverage as a field mechanic, and using computer databases and software programs to track maintenance. The position requires the ability to work a 12/12 or 12/2 shift in remote field locations during fire season and in a hangar environment outside of contract demands. Ideal candidates should be able to work independently, value a strong work ethic, and maintain a critical eye for detail.
