Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is hiring a Fleet & Equipment Manager based in Blackfalds or Calgary, Alberta. The role leads heavy equipment and rolling stock fleet management across two divisions and an approximately $135 million asset base, overseeing fleet strategy, capital planning, equipment mobilization, preventive maintenance, mechanic teams, costing, procurement, disposal, regulatory compliance, insurance, and fleet data systems. It requires 10 years of progressive fleet or heavy-equipment management experience in pipeline, oil and gas, or related industrial construction, significant multi-geography fleet leadership, strong mechanical and commercial expertise, and knowledge of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan requirements.
