Description
Wabtec is hiring a Rail Flaw Detection Fleet Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, availability, compliance, and technical performance of custom-built rail inspection vehicles, ultrasonic testing systems, and related inspection technologies. The role manages preventive maintenance, fleet records, vendor relationships, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, data analysis, and on-call support while serving as a technical resource for Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket Services, customers, and field personnel. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong technical troubleshooting and maintenance-management skills, and may involve travel of up to 15%. The base salary range is $79,100 to $112,800, with health, welfare, retirement, and other benefits available.
