Ninja Van is hiring a Station Assistant to support the Station Head with driver route planning, shipment receiving and returns, sorting, van inbound, parcel handling, PET ticket creation, route monitoring, COD banking, document and infrastructure upkeep, and compliance with fleet operations procedures. The role requires candidates aged 18–45, at least SPM or a diploma, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure; formal experience is not required.
