The role manages fleet vehicles, inspections, maintenance, allocation, tracking, repairs, driver safety, staffing, overtime, fuel and route optimization, reporting, documentation, housekeeping, and health and safety compliance. Applicants need at least Grade 12, with a tertiary qualification preferred, along with strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
