Description
U-Drive is hiring a permanent, full-time Fleet Controller to manage vehicle service, maintenance, repair, off-road, and breakdown cases from first contact through resolution. The role involves coordinating work with in-house workshops and third-party suppliers, handling high volumes of customer and supplier calls and emails, prioritising urgent cases against service level agreements, recording activity in a rental management system, and identifying recharge opportunities. It is a 40-hour, Monday-to-Friday contact-centre role operating on a rotating shift pattern between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with occasional half-day bank holiday working.
