The Fleet Coordinator owns preventive-maintenance compliance for an assigned fleet, determines service timing, groups related work into single visits, manages engine-hour and PTO-based maintenance intervals, and converts predictive and risk flags into scheduled repairs. The role coordinates with operations, maintenance, and analytics teams and requires experience in fleet maintenance, preventive-maintenance program management, heavy-duty maintenance, multi-vehicle coordination, telematics software, and maintenance economics. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and pays $58,300 to $72,850.
