Description
The Fleet Coordinator will maintain vessel condition, coordinate maintenance and repairs with shore captains and technical teams, manage budgets, plan crew assignments, support crew communication and problem resolution, improve technical and operational processes, uphold safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance and documentation, and follow up on damage and insurance claims. The role requires basic technical knowledge, empathy and maturity with crews and technical teams, initiative, planning and prioritization, strong administration, and fluent Dutch and French. It is based in Linkeroever and offers a permanent contract after a successful interim period, along with fringe benefits.
